Yale Educational Travel programs often sell out quickly, sometimes a year in advance, and we do very limited mailings for certain trips, particularly our Theatre Seminars. You can make a Provisional Reservation online before the final brochure is mailed, ensuring your space on the program.
For brochures requested online, we will send them by first-class mail as soon as they become available. Look for them about eight months before the departure date of the program. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Yale Educational Travel at 203-432-1952 or edtravel@yale.edu.
To receive a brochure right after it is printed and before the general third-class mailing, check the box next to the appropriate program(s), fill in the rest of the form, and click the "Submit" button at the end.
