An adventure of a lifetime begins with a cruise down the Amazon River to explore this exotic region's vast rainforests, untamed waters, and wildlife species like pink river dolphins, capuchin monkeys, and three-toed sloths. Travel on a comfortable river ship that evokes the 19th-century's age of exploration while it offers 21st-century amenities and comforts. A team of expert guides will lead you on walks through lush rainforests and on excursions down some of the Amazon's most secretive and sinuous tributaries in search of wildlife and to visit indigenous villages. Also, enjoy two nights in Peru's historic capital of Lima, a cosmopolitan center of culture, famous for its exceptional Spanish colonial architecture.
