Experience the length and breadth of South Africa - a country of breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and abundant wildlife. After exploring Cape Town and the beautiful floral kingdom of the Cape Peninsula, board Rovos Rail for one of the most amazing rail journeys in the world. Call at Kimberley, site of the first diamond discoveries in South Africa, then disembark in Johannesburg for two nights to visit the township of Soweto and the early hominid sites of Sterkfontein and Drimolen at the Cradle of Humankind. Reboard the train and continue to Durban, stopping en route for game drives in Nambiti Private Game Reserve, a Big Five bush reserve, and Spionkop Game Reserve. From Durban fly to the Kapama Game Reserve situated near Kruger National Park, and spend three nights at the Kapama River Lodge.
