For information about ordering replacement or duplicate copies of your Yale diploma, please contact the registrar's office.

Alumni of Yale College and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences can find information about requesting transcript copies here. Please follow the instructions for alumni/former students, which direct you to the National Student Clearinghouse.

Alumni of Yale’s professional schools should contact their respective registrar’s office. To find the websites for those offices, we suggest that you go to the Yale University website and search under “registrar.”

Yale alumni can easily find classmates and other alumni through the Yale Online Alumni Directory. You may also call Alumni Records at 203-432-1100.

If you are a member of our online community, you can update your information within your profile. If you are not a member of our online community, that same link has instructions for registering. You can also update your information by emailing Alumni Records.
