Child care is offered on the first weekend of reunions (May 21-24) only. The YAA contracts with Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a professional child care provider, to offer "Camp Bulldog," a supervised program on Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd, for children ages 4 months to 8th grade. With four age groups (infant, toddler, pre-school and school-aged), optional meals and three sessions to choose from, you can enjoy worry-free time at your reunion knowing your child is in the care of Bright Horizons. Space is limited, and advance registration is required. Camp Bulldog registrations must be received by Monday, May 11th.
Sessions are offered on Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday evening. You may sign your child up for one or all sessions. The fee is per child and in addition to the Class registration fee for your reunion.

* Camp Bulldog reservations are made as part of your reunion weekend reservation and must be received by Monday, May 11th.

* This popular program has been filled to capacity in previous years, so reserve your child’s spot early!
Camp Bulldog at a Glance:
Who: Camp Bulldog is open to children ages four months through eighth grade. There are four age groups available to register for: infant, toddler, pre-school and school-aged.
Where: All Reunion child care services, including Camp Bulldog, are held in the Payne Whitney Gym, including the Lanman Center and Lee Amphitheater.
Session Hours: There are three available Camp Bulldog sessions between Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd. Session times are as follows:
- Friday and Saturday nights: 4pm - 11:30pm
- Saturday morning: 8:30am - 12pm
All children attending Camp Bulldog must be signed-in/out by a parent at the check-in desk. The desk will remain open all day. While we encourage children to attend entire sessions, parents may drop-off and/or pick-up their children mid-session. To ensure your child’s utmost safety, each child and parent will receive a numbered, matching bracelet at check-in and will be required to show the security bracelet at pick-up. Thus, we recommend that each child be checked-in and out by the same parent, however this is not required. Please plan accordingly as drop-off and pick-up will take a few minutes to sign-in/out and match your security bracelets.
Fees: The Camp Bulldog registration fee is a flat fee of $99 per child for full (all 3 sessions) or partial attendance (1-2 sessions). Your child must also be registered for the reunion during the sessions they will be attending. Please include payment with your other reunion fees on your Class reunion reservation.
Meals: While parents have the option of picking children up for dinner at their reunion headquarters, Friday and Saturday dinner are served at Camp Bulldog. Two age-appropriate dinners are included in the Camp Bulldog fee and will be served at 6pm each evening. When registering for Camp Bulldog, parents must select which meals their child will attend. Not sure of your dinner plans? Sign your child up for dinner at Camp Bulldog, so that the YAA can plan accordingly for meal counts. We cannot guarantee last minute additions to meals can be accommodated and do not want your little ones disappointed when they cannot dine with their friends at Camp Bulldog!
In addition to dinner, a nutritious snack is offered, and water and juices are made available throughout the day. Food allergies should be clearly noted on your child’s registration form. Camp Bulldog is a nut-safe event.
Emergencies: In the event there is an emergency involving your child, we will use your cell phone number to reach you throughout the weekend. Please be sure to include this on your registration form.
Waitlist & Cancellations: Occasionally, due to the popularity of Camp Bulldog, certain sessions will hit their maximum attendance. If this happens, you will receive notification on your registration receipt and reunion confirmation. We cannot guarantee your child will make it off the wait list for that session. If a spot does become available, you will be notified by email. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the YAA prior to the May 11th registration deadline.

Bring Your Own Babysitter
Some parents make plans to bring their own babysitter to campus. Reunion and housing fees for babysitters are the same as for other guests.
