AYA Board of Governors Excellence Awards - Nomination Form 2018

The AYA Volunteer Leadership Committee is pleased to solicit nominations for the 2018 awards. These awards will primarily focus on programs from the 2017-2018 academic year (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

The AYA Board of Governors Excellence Awards recognize the superior accomplishments of Yale’s classes, regional clubs and associations, shared identity and interest groups, and the graduate and professional school alumni associations.

Please use this form to submit your nomination to the AYA Volunteer Leadership Committee for consideration. Note that there are only 2 Award Categories for which you may provide supplementary material (up to 4 images or pages) beyond the online nomination form text, if there is a visual element that is central to the nomination-- "Best Marketing, Branding and Communications Effort" and "Most Creative Use of Technology and Social Networking Media." Please do not send supplementary text for other categories-- it will not be part of the evaluation.
