Steve is a CPA and investment banker, and an enthusiastic Branford ’74 alumnus (and Yale parent). A few years ago, Steve returned to Yale to serve as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives of the AYA (Association of Yale Alumni). In his short time back, he has helped create Student Leadership Forums, organize Yale’s first-ever residential college reunions, and co-found STAY (Students and Alumni of Yale). We’re thrilled that he’s agreed to discuss a special interest of his: financial literacy. So far, over 1,300 Yalies have taken part in over 50 sessions.

John is a trained financial planner with his own firm in New Haven. A dedicated alumni volunteer who believes there is much for us all to learn about money, John has teamed with Steve and other alums to spread the word – on and off campus. He’s made himself available for follow-up questions.

Our host Les Fagen has helped run Paul Weiss for decades. A legendary lawyer who Captained the Fencing team while at Yale, Les provides support and wise counsel to Yalies on and off campus, has spoken at Yale’s Leadership Forums, and serves as an alum-advisor to STAY.
