Dr. Katz, whose practice integrates nutrition, exercise, vitamins and supplements with conventional medical practices, returns to the Yale Club with a new presentation on the factors that can reduce the risk of heart disease. The same practices that can reduce the risk of coronary atherosclerosis can also reduce the risk of other diseases such as diabetes, stroke, and cancer. Dr. Katz will discuss how best to approach diet, exercise, medications, supplements, and hormonal changes so one can feel and act younger longer.
Dr. Katz is the President of Age Management Boston, a consultant to Raytheon’s Global Health Resources, and the Medical Officer for the Andover facility of Proctor and Gamble. He is Board Certified in both Emergency and Occupational Medicine and is affiliated with Cenegenics Medical Institute.
