Brian Yang '11 PhD

Brian Yang '11 PhD

Brian Yang is currently the Executive Principal of Beijing Huijia Private School. He has diverse experiences in academia, management consulting and school management. Before joining K12 education sector, he worked at McKinsey & Co. in its US and China offices. He later joined a global innovative school, leading the development of its innovative project-based-learning (PBL) curriculum, and was responsible for the academic management of its Shenzhen campus in China. In recent years, Brian has been working as principal of International Baccalaureate (IB) schools in Beijing. Brian Yang received his bachelor’s degree from Peking University, and his master's and PhD degrees in Physics from Yale University.
