Yale in Hollywood will present its sixth global virtual film festival, Yale in Hollywood Fest, from December 4 to 6, 2025. The three-day lineup will feature short films and livestream events, with all programs streaming free worldwide and accessible directly at https://www.yihfest.com/

This year, VEEEU is awarding two $500 prizes to competition winners selected by the festival jury. A curated selection of feature films will stream on VEEEU for one year, with an industry-leading 90% revenue share paid daily to the filmmaker. On Friday, December 5 at 3 p.m. PT (6 p.m. ET), Susana Khan, TODAQ’s Head of Marketing, will host a free virtual panel on monetizing content with the global VEEEU platform and TAPP (TODAQ's micropayment system). STORY-BOARDS.AI, a Swiss AI storyboard software company, will sponsor three one-year subscription awards for competition winners. Markus Etter, CEO of Story-boards.ai, will hold a free virtual panel on Friday December 6 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET during the festival to discuss working with Story-boards.ai as a filmmaking tool. Besides presenting other prizes, Jennifer Beals and filmmaker Roshan Sethi will be presented Yale in Hollywood Fest 2025 Career Achievement Award and the Queer Voice Award at Yale in Hollywood Fest 2025 Awards livestreaming on Saturday Dec 6 at 3 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET. Sign up for the livestream now

Yale in Hollywood Fest showcases films featuring at least one Yale student, alumnus, or current staff member in a key creative role (star, producer, writer, or director). All screenings and livestream events are available directly from the official website.

Founded and led by Kevin Winston, Yale in Hollywood is a volunteer-run organization based in Los Angeles that connects Yale students and alumni to the entertainment industry. Melissa Dawn Johnson and Quentin Lee serve respectively as the festival’s founding programmer and director.

All films and programs will stream free worldwide from midnight, December 4, through midnight, December 7, 2025, at YIHFest.com
