• Class of 1979 TED Talks meets NPR's The Moth

  For our class panels this year we are having 13 classmates share stories and experience in a TED-talk meets NPR's The Moth format. The topics are varied and are intended to encourage conversations throughout the weekend. Come and meet some new classmates and/or support the ones you know!

• Forest Bathing in Branford Courtyard (meet under the tent)

  Take a wellness break from your to-do list and immerse yourself in nature. Join forest therapy guide Alexandra Kahn Graubert for a walk through Branford Courtyard using all of your senses. 

  Forest bathing, based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, is a way to reconnect with nature for mental, emotional, and physical benefits. Wear comfortable shoes. Will take place in the rain (bring an umbrella) but not if it storms. 

  Since electronic devices interfere with the forest bathing please leave behind all Fitbits, iwatches, iPhones, iPads.
