At Yale, the provost is the chief educational and administrative officer, second only to the university’s president. But what does the provost actually do? Ben Polak, who served as Yale’s provost from 2013 to 2020 and has now resumed teaching as the William C. Brainard Professor of Economics, will share his insights with us in this informal session hosted by the Yale Club of Tampa Bay. And at the end of his presentation he'll be happy to take your questions.
