Michelle Beaulieu-Morgan

Biography

Michelle Beaulieu-Morgan (she/her) is Yale's Digital Accessibility Consultant for Web Technologies and Educational Developer and Accessibility Specialist on the Faculty Teaching Initiatives team at the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning. She completed her PhD in American Studies at Yale University in 2017 and has since worked to proactively increase the accessibility of the university's resources and learning spaces for people with disabilities. She is also a fiber artist with strong connections to city's arts community, a radio programmer at WPKN 89.5 FM out of Bridgeport, CT, and a member of the board at MakeHaven, a maker space located in downtown New Haven. She lives in West Haven with her wife Kate and is the mother to an adult son (Ezra) and two cats (Denise and Jack).
