YAA Assembly & Yale Alumni Fund Convocation

The YAA Assembly & Yale Alumni Fund Convocation is our signature program for volunteer leaders. Attendees get an inside look at Yale today, honor outstanding volunteers and organizations, and engage with each other and professional staff to share best practices and new ideas. 

2024 Assembly and Convocation

The 2024 Yale Alumni Association Assembly and Yale Alumni Fund Convocation will be held on campus November 14-15, with the theme, "Leading for a Better World: Advancements in Health, Historical Inquiry, and the Environment at Yale"

Alumni leaders with a current role (as of July 1, 2024) designated for the YAA Assembly or Yale Alumni Fund Convocation will receive a series of emails with details for accommodations, basic schedule of events, and registration.

For Invited Alumni Volunteers

  • Event check-in will return to Rose Alumni House, 232 York Street this year. Registration will open at 8:30 on Thursday morning, and at 8am on Friday.
  • Sessions and events will begin Thursday at 10am with optional tours and programs, followed by lunch options at noon. All sessions will take place across Yale's central campus. Transportation will be provided.
  • Evening programs will include Volunteer Leadership awards on Thursday evening and the Yale Medal Dinner and Ceremony on Friday evening.
  • Registration for specific programs will become available in early October... Stay tuned!
