How does it work?
- Pick a location, activity, and date for when your Camp Yale event will take place.
- Fill out a host form asking for the details of your event. You can collaborate with a local Club or SIG.
- The YAA will connect with you to verify the event, get any images, and set up a registration link.
- We will add your event to the YAA events calendar and to a BOLD (Bulldogs of the Last Decade) broadcast email when applicable.
- If we set up your RSVP link, we will give you access to the registration list so you will know how many people to plan for. You are also able to create your own RSVP from.
- If you register your event with at least two weeks' notice, we will send you a party box with Yale swag for your event.
- Hosts that are BOLD alumni are eligible for reimbursement up to $100 per event. For more information, please see next section.
