Yale Alumni Service Corps invites you to become a pen pal to support a young person (between 17 and 20 years old) in Okhla, Delhi who participates in Learning by Locals. Learning by Locals is an NGO that aims to educate and empower today's youth by helping to develop personal and professional skills and providing students with the right opportunities and guidance to achieve their goals.
There is an eager young person who wants to learn about you and your life while sharing with you. This is an opportunity to inspire your pen pal to be curious and to support their personal growth. In this 5-month (receive and write 5 emails) program, you will get to know a lively, caring, and curious young person from a different culture. There are a limited number of spots available.
