Assist YAANW with yardwork for homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Tasks include raking the lawn, picking up sticks, trimming growth and sweeping the deck/patio.

Wingspan Life Resources is a non-profit organization that offers residential care in group homes and in-home programs to adults with developmental disabilities. The Wingspan Life Resources mission is to help individuals who are challenged by ability, health, or age, and to realize their own unique gifts, talents, and dreams. They fulfill this mission by providing individualized support services that promote personal choice, independence, dignity, and fellowship with the community.

Children able to do yard work are welcome with adult supervision.  Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting dirty.  Dress for the weather.

YAANW recognizes the YAA guidelines for in person events. YAANW will insist on local health rules being enforced and does not assume responsibility regarding individuals' health as regard to these activities.  We will be requesting masks be worn and we will practice social distancing
