Cook together, eat together, be together on December 30th at 7 p.m. (EST)/4 p.m. (PST) for a Taste of Peru – Quinoa: “The Mother of Grains”
The Inca called this nutritionally perfect food offering a profile that is low in fat, high fiber, full of protein, packed with vitamins and minerals like iron and magnesium the “Mother Grain.” It will be the star of our meal preparations.
You will receive the recipes and shopping list a few days before the event.
