Alumni of Yale College and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences can find information about requesting transcript copies here. Please follow the instructions for alumni/former students, which direct you to the National Student Clearinghouse.

Alumni of Yale’s professional schools should contact their respective registrar’s office. To find the websites for those offices, we suggest that you go to the Yale University website and search under “registrar.”

Yale alumni can easily find classmates and other alumni through the Yale Online Alumni Directory. You may also call Alumni Records at 203-432-1100.

In keeping with Yale’s non-discrimination policy, the YAA strives to make its alumni programs as accessible as possible. Because individual situations vary and we wish to respect personal preferences, YAA staff work with alumni on a case-by-case basis to identify the ways we can assist with those needs and accommodate them whenever and wherever possible.

We ask alumni attending YAA programs to advise us of their needs at least two weeks in advance of an event to allow sufficient time to make arrangements.

Downtown New Haven hotels used most often in conjunction with YAA programs offer wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant accommodations. We encourage alumni to contact the hotel directly for more information. The YAA typically provides transportation to and from alumni program sessions (see below).

For YAA-sponsored programs, we are often able to make arrangements for alumni with mobility limitations to move to and from campus and designated local hotels. Depending on individual circumstances, these transportation arrangements may include Yale's lift-equipped van or other services. Please note that we are unable to provide transportation to locations and activities that are not associated with an YAA-sponsored event.

Upon request, we can provide contact information for services that provide special ground transportation to and from Tweed New Haven, Bradley International, and New York area airports.

The alumni association makes every effort to ensure that alumni visitors with limited mobility are able to participate fully in alumni programs on campus. Since some campus buildings are not fully accessible, we do ask individuals to give us an indication of session preferences (when a choice is offered) so we can schedule the particular session in an accessible location if possible. The YAA selects wheelchair-accessible locations for sessions as much as possible. Note that most large auditoriums and spaces used for event registration are fully accessible.
