I was doing my master's of public health from 2017-2019 and was lucky to attend The Game when it was held at Fenway Park in Boston in 2018. My little brother was an Air Force ROTC student at nearby MIT and did his drill with all Boston colleges in the area.
He had the privilege of marching in the pregame drill in dress uniform and I was such a proud big brother. He was recently commissioned and is stationed in Los Angeles with the Space Force. Meanwhile, I am now a Captain in the Marine Corps stationed in Virginia.
Every November when The Game happens, I always remind my little brother about the time he marched at The Game. Now that we’re both serving in the military, it makes that experience even more awesome because it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to watch him march at the YALE HARVARD game at Fenway Park!
