Biography
Angel is a proud 2019 graduate of the Puppies Behind Bars “Dog Tags” program. She was raised and trained by prison inmates from the age of 8 weeks to 24 months, when she was then paired with Col (ret) Jeanne Meyer. Angel works as a certified PTSD service dog, accompanying Jeanne wherever she goes, providing a calm, loving presence that reduces anxiety and stress. When not working, Angel loves to hike, run, and swim, particularly with her PBB friends.
