Biography

Cliff Sakutukwa is a consultant with over 12 years of experience in digital transformation and enhancing cyber resiliency in government sectors. Currently a manager sy Deloitte Government & Public Services, he focuses primarily on serving federal health clients in the areas of cyber strategy, project management services, I.T. modernization, digital transformation, and A.I. & data strategies. Although based out of Deloitte’s Chicago office, he is currently working remotely from West Virginia and pursuing an MPH degree at Harvard.

Sakutukwa’s greatest engagement with Yale has been through the Yale Alumni Fund. As a co-chair of the School of Management Class of 2019’s gift campaign, he played a key role in achieving 90% participation from his fellow MBA students, leading his volunteer team to set a new five-year record for dollars raised from an SOM class. At the conclusion of the campaign, he became a class agent, and served as a co-chair of the class’s 5th reunion gift. In 2020 he was the recipient of a Yale Alumni Fund Chair’s Award.

Sakutukwa has also been a committee member of SOM's "Driving Purpose" campaign committee since its launch in 2022, helping the campaign raise resources and invigorate community engagement to further the school’s mission of educating leaders for business and society. Since late 2023 he has been a member of the YAA Board of Governors, where he co-chairs the Belonging Committee, as well as serving on the Volunteer Development committee.
