Biography
Cliff Sakutukwa is a consultant and strategic technology leader with over 11 years of experience driving digital transformation, IT modernization, and cloud-enabled solutions across both private and public sectors. He specializes in cloud strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable systems.
On the YAA Board of Governors, Sakutukwa co-chairs the Volunteer Development Committee and serves on the Alumni Fellow Nominating and Yale Medal Nominating Committees. He has been a class agent for the School of Management since 2019 and co-chaired its 2019 gift campaign, achieving a five-year fundraising record and 90% participation, and earning the Yale Alumni Fund Chair’s Award in 2020. He also served as 5th reunion gift co-chair. He is a member of SOM’s “Driving Purpose” campaign committee, supporting the school’s mission and community engagement.
Most recently, Sakutukwa was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Yale Club of Chicago, where he looks forward to strengthening alumni connections locally. He and his wife have called Chicago home since 2012, where they enjoy exploring the city with their young daughter.
