Biography
Mark Badger lives in Richmond, Virginia and is a creative director at CapTech Consulting, a national IT management consulting firm. As part of the leadership for CapTech’s Customer Experience Group, he guides teams in the design of digital products and brand experiences for organizations and Fortune 500 companies.
Badger has served as secretary or co-secretary of the Class of 1991 since 2016, and as board president of the Yale Alley Cats Alumni Association. He has co-chaired event planning committees for both groups, including for his class's 25th reunion (2016) and the 75th anniversary celebration of the Yale Alley Cats (2018), which culminated in a Champagne Jamboree reunion on campus.
Badger has long been active as an alumni volunteer for Yale, serving on the advisory board for the YAA’s website redesign and on the YAA Board of Governors Nominating Committee for four years, the last two as its chair. In recognition for his work on the Nominating Committee, especially his role in expanding the board’s diversity during his tenure, he received a YAA Leadership Award in 2020. He also advises the YAA Communications Strategy Group and moderates the Yale Alumni Facebook Group.
