Established in 1969, the Movimento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MEChA) organizations is celebrating its 50th year at Yale! As our oldest student organization, members of MEChA have a long standing legacy that has ushered generations of Latinos to Yale. During this time period, we also honor 50 years of Latinas at Yale and the 10th anniversary of Sabrosura, Yale's undergraduate Latin dance team. In honor of this milestone, La Casa Cultural, the Yale MEChA chapter & Sabrosura are pleased to invite you to La Casa Cultural's 50 Years of Latinos at Yale: Making it Nuestra Casa.
