The Spring Housing Blitz organized by Interfaith Action of Central Texas is a one-day event during which Yalies join volunteers from other local organizations to paint and repair homes of senior citizens and disabled individuals who are living in deep poverty. Bring the family and join us as we do a playground refresh for one of our oldest ChildCareGroup Centers. We will build outdoor chalkboards, clean up our low water "flowerbeds", put toys and picnic benches together and much more.

Also, we will use our littles hands and those that need to sit down, to help create Education Kits to be sent home with our families so they can learn to be their child's first best teacher. Please wear comfortable clothing with outdoor shoes for those who prefer the outdoors.

Please park across the street and walk over. If you have small children, you may want to drop off your family and then park across the street for safety reasons.
