Join Amazon showrunner/executive producer Jason Cahill ’89 in a fun, fast-paced creative workshop.  Together we will create our own TV show – in an hour! – and look back at the top series of 1989, and discuss the challenges facing actors, directors and writers today.  Profane language likely.  Teens & above welcome.  Jason has written for the television series ER, Fringe, The Sopranos, and Halt and Catch Fire.  He won a Writer’s Guild Award for his Sopranos episode “Meadowlands.”  At WGBH-TV in Boston, he helped develop D.V.S., a form of descriptive television narration for the blind and visually impaired.

Informal networking event, following our panel “Yale Women: The Paths We Took,” where you can share experiences with our panelists and classmates.

Saturday afternoon, Peter Salovey '86 Ph.D. offers his annual review and outlook for Yale.

Alumni from a cappella groups will perform at this jamboree, and Glee Club alumni will be singing old Yale songs, the “Football Medley” and “Bright College Years.” Audience participation is encouraged!

More time for mingling and conversations.  We are expecting such a large turnout for Saturday night that we will be holding our pre-dinner Cocktail Hour across the walkway in the Jonathan Edwards courtyard, then we’ll return to Branford for dinner, mingling and dancing.
