Welcome to our 25th Reunion! Your first stop when arriving in New Haven is Central Registration where you will be able to check in and pick up your keys if you are staying in campus housing. Then you will head to Old Campus, our home for the weekend. YAA staff and students at the Class Help Desk in Dwight Hall Common Room will be ready to hand out nametags and reunion souvenirs and answer your questions throughout the weekend.

The great French artist and theorist, Antonin Artaud, famously observed that “the actor is an athlete of the heart.” We all know actors we love to watch, and the kinds of stories we love to see them in at the theater and onscreen. But what really makes us love these athletes and their sport? And how do their training and collaborations—with writers, directors, and designers—equip them to shape and, perhaps, heal our culture?

During your visit, you’ll be led through the various YSC spaces by a tour guide while you explore our tour mobile website which features original research, archival images, and alumni interviews. Tours will begin at 9:00 and 9:30 am; expect the entire visit will last around 75 minutes. Meet in the Woolsey Rotunda.

Akhil Reed Amar '80, '84 JD, Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science

In this lecture, based on his most recent book, The Words That Made Us: American's Constitutional Conversation, 1760-1840, Professor Amar will offer his audience an overview of the grand project of American constitutionalism, past, present, and future, with particular emphasis on the importance of free expression and on America's special place in the world.
