This Spring, from May 30th to June 2nd — after ten years of adventures, filled with learning life lessons, pursuing careers, navigating relationships, perhaps even starting families — we’re coming back to where it all began. We’re coming back to Yale.
With sincere hearts and big grins, we invite you to join us in creating an unforgettable experience together, for a Yale Reunion that will be unlike any other gathering.
We invite you to return and reconnect with the open-ended potential of those very first days at Yale. Bring your perspectives, insights, and aspirations. Bring the warmth and history of old friendships, and enthusiasm to forge new ones.
And this time, we’re setting an intention to be ourselves, pure and simple. We come as we are. We are not our professional titles. We are not our accomplishments, nor are we our failures. We are humans, classmates, friends, perhaps even strangers. We shared stories, bonded over ideas and passions, and grew together in New Haven… and now we have a chance to do so again.
This Reunion will be an experience you won’t want to miss. In fact, we’re writing a whole new playbook for what it means to reunite. Celebrations, big ideas, meaningful conversations, reinvigorated relationships, and unexpected surprises await our ‘09 family back in New Haven this Spring.

So without further ado, here’s what you need to do:
1) Snag your ticket and campus accommodations HERE. Do it ASAP to get the discounted early bird ticket pricing. Significant others are welcome too!
2) RSVP at the official 2009 Tenth Reunion event on Facebook HERE
3) Follow @yale2009 on Instagram for Reunion updates, news, and stories from fellow ‘09ers
Our Reunion is happening Thurs, May 30 - Sun, June 2, at Yale. The program schedule is available on our website here. Times and locations are subject to change, but this should give you a good sense of what’s in store for the weekend.
We’re also seeking members of our class who would like to perform, speak, tell stories, give a workshop, sing, dance, make art... and generally share their unique gifts, talents, and lessons learned with our class. If any of that sounds like you, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org about getting involved!
Production aside, what makes Reunion truly special is when we all show up together, so we need everyone’s help to spread the word and ensure our Yale ‘09 fam gets to share an incredible experience together. Five years ago, over half of our class returned in New Haven (a record for Yale!) for an unforgettable weekend — and we look forward to another epic Reunion experience in a few months.
It’s going to be a wonderful weekend. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Cheers & Love,
Matthew Brimer, Jennifer Warden, Joe Babarsky, Jane Macky, Josh Haselkorn, Allison Haselkorn, David Smalling, Jarren Simmons, Molly Sonsteng, and the whole 2009 Tenth Reunion Team
