Help Center: Yale College Classes

Yale College classes embody the spirit of loyalty and friendship that is the hallmark of undergraduate years. Class officers and councils work to sustain and broaden this spirit, with the assistance of YAA staff.

Class Leadership

Info Accordions

Each Yale College Class is a separate alumni organization, led by class officers and other leaders. These leaders are responsible for class communications, events, and other activities for the class.

Find your class leadership by searching for your class here.

Class leaders help to maintain and expand their classmates' connections to Yale through class activities. Roles range from longer term commitments, such as class secretary and treasure, who serve five year terms, to shorter engagements focused on planning reunions or other class events. Learn more about class governance and leadership in the class officer toolkit.

Class Notes and Dues

Info Accordions

Share news of yourself and your family via the Yale Alumni Magazine. Catch up on past columns from your class secretary here (login required), and send an email for inclusion in a future issue.

Class dues are designated funds for your class treasury, which is used by class leaders to  keep classmates connected with one another and the university. Dues may be used to support class programs, fund financial aid for five-year reunions, and cover the costs of class mailings and other communications. Class dues are not considered contributions to Yale. Please see this page for more.
