Careers, Life and Yale

Careers, Life, and Yale connects Yale students and Yale alumni. By sharing career and life experiences through our programs - such as networking events, one-to-one mentoring, career webinars, and thematic workshops - alums help students develop career plans and life skills. Careers, Life, and Yale events offer insight on both unusual and established career paths, along with networking and mentoring opportunities as well as interviewing and job-search skills.

Yale-Coordinated Internships

The Office of Career Strategy’s Yale-Coordinated Internships allow for alumni to recruit and hire Yale students for summer internship opportunities in a number of domestic and international locations.  Many Yale-Coordinated Internship locations include not only meaningful and fulfilling professional opportunities but also free/low cost housing (in specific areas), various events which illuminate the host community, and profound personal engagement of alumni and interns.   These opportunities constitute a significant and maturing experience for the participants and one they will regard as invaluable in their time at Yale and beyond.

Bulldogs Across America

The mission of Bulldogs Across America is to create and support alumni sponsored internship programs that are sustainable by the local community. In addition, the programs will provide meaningful internships, free or low cost housing, a comprehensive set of high content events and presentations which illuminate the host community, and profound personal engagement of alumni and interns. It is a significant educational and maturing experience for the participants and one they will regard as invaluable in their Yale career.
