Over two weekends, the Yale Alumni Association was pleased to welcome over 4,900 Yale College alumni back to campus to celebrate their reunions.

Attendees were treated to over 400 unique programs and events, including faculty lectures, class activities, special campus tours, open houses, and numerous other offerings. Alumni also enjoyed visits from Handsome Dan and President Maurie McInnis, who spoke to all attendees during a University Update on each Saturday of the weekend.

“Yale’s impact didn’t end when you received your diplomas at your residential colleges,” President Maurie McInnis ’96 PhD told attendees. “The lessons you learned, the friendships you formed, the memories you made — they shape a lifetime.”

Throughout both weekends, alumni had the opportunity to reconnect with classmates, make new friends, engage in continued learning, and soak in the Bulldog pride.

As Alison Cole ’99, the executive director of the YAA, shared, “The less-than-ideal weather couldn’t stop our Yale College alumni!  The colder-than-normal weather, wind, and drizzle were no match for the laughter, music, and robust conversations emanating from the tents around campus.  I am so proud to be a part of the alumni community and bear witness to the memories made and connections forged.  I am also so lucky to lead a staff that makes these moments possible. One year into my role, and I am convinced I have the best job in the world!”

All alumni are invited to relive the excitement of Reunions 2025 by looking through the hundreds of photos from the events. Keep an eye on the Yale College Reunions homepage for updates on future reunions!

The YAA is incredibly grateful to the over 300 Yale staff and students who worked over 9,000 hours throughout the two weekends to make the events so successful! We couldn’t have done it without them or the amazing hospitality, housing, or facilities teams on campus who support our community.
