When will official registration open for reunion?
Registration is open now! We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible as you will get priority for housing and have access to early-bird pricing.
When should I plan to arrive and leave from Reunion?
The official Reunion dates are May 30th – June 2nd. We encourage everyone to attend for as long as you are able to but the bulk of events will be held from late Friday afternoon to Sunday morning.
What is the reunion cost and what is included?
We are making the pricing as flexible, with the option for Friday, Saturday & Sunday, or the whole weekend. For a typical reunion, from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, the cost will be $289 (excluding housing). This includes events, meals, drinks, goodies, and entertainment. Housing on campus is per person: $100/one night, $123/ two nights, and $145/ three nights.
Where do I stay?
Hotels Are pretty much entirely booked, but don’t worry! The majority of Tenth Reunion attendees stay in campus housing and there is plenty of (very affordable) room available. The Class of 2009 will be lodging on Old Campus. Make sure to sign up for housing when you register, but you can always reach out to the Yale Alumni Association if you decide you need rooms later.
What should the attire be?
General Attire for the Weekend
Vibrant, colorful, casual (ties discouraged!)
*Friday Evening Attire*
Cocktail attire — all-white with a splash of Yale blue
Saturday Evening Attire
Super futuristic OR historically inspired — your choice! Dress up, be creative, express yourself :slightly_smiling_face:
I really want to be housed with my besties—is that possible?
We will do our very best—the earlier you register, the more likely we will be able to accommodate you. During registration there is a field to list two name to request to room with. Suites do fill up quickly and configurations may become difficult to optimize if you sign up later.
Can I bring a plus 1?
Yes, absolutely! Many folks do—you can sign them up when you register.
What can I do to help?
If you would like to get involved, we would love to have you—just send us a note at yale2009@aya.yale.edu if you want to contribute your time or have ideas to suggest! The easiest thing you can do is encourage your friends to attend. The more 09ers who come, the more fun we all will have!
