In this lecture, Professor Potenza will discuss changes in the use of digital technologies, how the American Psychiatric Association and the World Health Organization have reacted to these changes, and how healthy use of digital technologies may be possible. Videogaming, pornography, social media, shopping, and gambling will be discussed, as well as the effects of the Covid pandemic.
