      We will be planting mangroves in the Condado Lagoon on the morning of Saturday, April 27th. Join Yalie Isiah Cruz ’17 and Climate Action in partnership with Estuario.org for the mangrove planting. The event is family friendly as long as children are accompanied by an adult. There is no minimum age. All tools will be provided. We just ask that people were closed toed shoes (boots recommended), bring sunscreen and bug spray, and wear clothes that they don’t mind getting dirty. • Parking: Free parking is not available for the event. We advise that people arrive early to allow time for parking. There is a mix of paid and free parking in the area pending availability.

The organization is committed to improving the resilience of the local community and the estuary’s natural environment against environmental threats.
